Staff Activities
This year for the holidays, the staff drew a name of a fellow employee, and then was to design a snowman that resembled that person. Everyone had a great deal of ingenuity and imagination, and it was fun trying to guess each snowman. These were hung in the waiting room for all to admire.
A couple of these were quite easy for many to figure out.
Not too many people had much difficulty spotting Richard from Maintenance, or Don from Administration.
The employees also have a door decorating contest each year. The winner is announced at the Christmas party. The employees also did a great job decorating the whole hospital.
The Business Office won all three places in the Door Decorating competition, with Melissa Brown 1st, Olga Rodriquez 2nd and Janice Young 3rd.

Christmas Party
This year's party garnered Mardi Gras decorations.

Myra Brhlik, Volunteer Chair, honored all of the volunteers present at the party with a nice pin to wear on their Bluebell jackets. Those present were Betty Wyatt, Margaret Linn, Leala Kahlich, Betty , Connie Huitt, JoAnn, Betty Rush, Mary Jo Neeley, and Sandra Hyett.
President Gail Purvis introduced Hospital Board members present. These included Eric Saha, Myra Brhlik, Gail Purvis, Craig Wallis, Maxine Kubecka and John Groth.
Don Hyett presents Holly Claybourn with the Employee of the Year plaque.
Employees attending the Christmas party all bring gifts to be donated to Operation Santa Claus.
